Is Pouncd legit?
Pouncd is a new, founder-run network in its founding cohort. Every member is reviewed by a person, every investor is verified before they can request intros, and every profile is tied to a real Instagram identity. We would rather be small and real than big and noisy.
Do you take a cut of my raise?
No. Never. Pouncd charges flat membership prices only. We take no success fee, carry, or percentage of any investment, and no money for a deal ever moves through Pouncd.
Is this legal? Are you selling securities?
Pouncd is a community and introduction platform, not a broker-dealer or funding portal. We do not offer, sell, or recommend securities. Founders are responsible for following securities rules when they raise, and full pitch details are visible only to logged-in, verified investors.
Who are the investors?
Angels, operators who write checks, and fund partners. Each one confirms accredited status and is checked by hand before the Investor badge goes live. If we cannot verify you, you stay a Member.
Why not just a Discord or Skool group?

What happens to my Instagram?
Linking is optional. At launch we only read your username and profile photo to verify it is you. We never post for you or read your messages.
